Level 2 -(day 10) - You become a Riding Instructor and access to the auctions. Also, if you have a Karma of 3 and own two horses, you get access to the private sales.

Level 5 - (day 40) - You become a Blacksmith
Level 6 (day 60) - You get 1 Horn of Plenty
Level 7 (day 80) - You get 1 Horn of Plenty
Level 8 (day 100) - You become a Saddler
